Supervision
I offer clinical supervision that is attentive, reflective, and gently challenging. My aim is to create a space where you can think clearly about your work, feel supported and develop in your own way as a practitioner.
Alongside my counselling practice, I’ve worked in roles including team leader, operations manager and clinical quality lead. I’ve recruited, trained and supervised students, including allocating client work and supporting their development. This experience shapes how I understand the realities of practice, especially when things feel complex, pressured or uncertain. I won’t rush to fix things and I won’t assume I know your work better than you do. My focus is on understanding your process alongside you.
My training is Creative Supervision Across the Age Ranges, which has deepened my reflective and relational approach to supervision.
I try to listen carefully to what you need, where you are in your development and what kind of support will help you grow, not just professionally, but in confidence and clarity too.
My intention is to offer a space where you feel supported, appropriately challenged and able to develop into the practitioner you want to be.
