Counselling supervision that is attentive, reflective, and gently challenging. I will listen carefully to what you need, where you are in your professional development and what kind of support will help you grow in confidence and clarity.

Alongside my private counselling practice, I’ve worked in senior leadership roles within multiple organisations and agencies. I’ve recruited, trained and mentored students, including allocating client work, line managing and supporting their development. This experience shapes how I understand the realities of practice, especially when things feel complex, pressured or uncertain. My focus is on understanding your process alongside you.

I also have experience and expertise in supervising qualified practitioners. My interest and training in working with trauma, informs my practice and helps us to see the wider context that your clients are in. I aim to offer a balanced, compassionate approach to allow you to find the most helpful way forward with your clients. They are always at the centre of our work.

My training is CPCAB Creative Supervision Across the Age Ranges, which has deepened my reflective and relational approach to supervision.
