Sarah Curry, MS, RD, ACSM-CPT, CEDS

I am a dietitian specialising in eating disorders, RED-S and body image stress. I am comfortable with the messy complications from other medical conditions (MCAS, POTS & EDS or IBS) layered onto eating disorder recovery.

My connection to this work stems from the massive role food plays in our lives.  Removing obstacles of food fear and misconceptions clears the path for more presence in our relationships, the roles we play, and even in the actual pleasure that comes from food.  I love to empower the people I work with to see they truly can take off the burden of fear of food and warring with their bodies to live a whole life beyond. I am a practicing Christian and can bring this into our work together if that is something you would find helpful. This is optional, though, and I am here for anyone who needs my care.

I work in a collaborative way with my clients and will readily and frequently coordinate with all members of your treatment team. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the UK and the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) with the States.  She is a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).

I have been a dietitian for 20 years in both the UK and America and have done extensive training in the following…

  • CBT-E, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT informed Eating Disorder care

  • Trauma-informed care

  • MONASH FODMAP & IBS training

  • Gastrointestinal conditions (most kept up on- SIBO, MCAS, POTS, EDS)

  • Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor
