Associate Counsellors and Therapists Wanted

Moira Counselling Practice would like to invite two experienced practitioners to join our team.

We are interested in hearing from qualified and professionally registered counsellors or therapists who are passionate about providing high-quality, thoughtful and effective therapeutic work.

We would particularly love to hear from practitioners with specialist training and experience in trauma and complex presentations.

This opportunity could suit you if:

• You are an experienced counsellor or therapist, registered or accredited with a recognised professional body (such as BACP, UKCP, NCPS or HCPC, as appropriate).

• You have specialist trauma training and experience, alongside a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• You enjoy working independently but value being part of a small, supportive professional team.

• You are self-employed and would welcome the opportunity to develop your caseload through suitable, carefully considered referrals.

• You are looking for a flexible working arrangement, with approximately six hours of availability per week.

What we offer:

• A welcoming and supportive practice based in Moira.

• Access to appropriately triaged and matched client referrals.

• Flexible working arrangements.

• A payment of £35 per client session.

• A contribution towards monthly external clinical supervision, with the freedom to choose your own supervisor (subject to an agreed minimum caseload).
